Daniela has been vegan for more than ten years and is passionate about ethical eating. She worked for many years at the long established vegetarian/vegan restaurant, Ginko in Graz, Austria and is now based in Portland. She is co-author of the books, Easy Vegan Baking and Vegan on the Go.
